Returns-Canellations

In all cases where you wish to return or replace the product you purchased, you must inform us within seven (7) days of receipt at the e-mail address "info@spanosfashion.gr" informing us of the reason for return or replacement and by filling in a contact number. A partner from the transport company will then contact you to receive the return package. Alternatively you can contact us at 2610-272510 (Shop Hours).
Conditions for return :
1. the product must not have been used
2. the return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
3. the product must be accompanied necessarily with the original proof of purchase (Retail Proof, Invoice, Shipment Bulletin-Invoice, etc.)
4. and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product

To get the products in good condition you need to pack them properly - in a larger box - so that they are protected during shipment.

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement for the following reasons:

WRONG PRODUCT SEND
In those cases where it is proven for "SPANOS FASHION" to be responsible, you have been delivered products in a different design or size than that of the order, you can return the products. The return of the product is free from all over Greece.

CONSTRUCTIONAL PRODUCT DEFECT
In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you purchased and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or at an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. The return of the product (in this case) is free from all over Greece, always after consultation with the customer service department 2610-272510 (Shop Hours).

PRODUCT CHANGE
In cases where you wish to change the product you have purchased, you must fill in the product code or codes and size in the contact e-mail and our partner will contact you. Alternatively, you can contact the customer service department directly at 2610-272510. SPANOS FASHION only assumes the costs of the first change of the order, as long as the parcel is returned with the companies we cooperate with (ACS) and only from Greece.

WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return the product you purchased by exercising the right of withdrawal and – only if the product has not been used – to request the refund of the price you paid us, within 14 days from the date indicated on the proof of purchase. The return of the product must be made with any courier you wish and the cost of the return is borne by the customer. A refund is made for the purchase of the product made by cash (delivery), credit card or PayPal. The process of refunding your money will be completed no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the products and if they are in excellent condition. The products, which have been purchased from the online store "spanosfashion.gr" can be changed or returned to our physical stores (Ermou 58 , Patras), always by telephone contact at tel 2610-272510 (Shop Hours).

ORDER CANCELATION

For any cancellation of an order before shipping and delivery to a courier you must contact us by phone at 2610-272510 indicating your Order Number.
